Today was Day 23 of my “How To Get A Six Pack In 30 Days” Challenge.  As I had a hectic schedule from the school drop to collecting Max at 2pm I decided to do a Boxing HIIT session first thing in the morning.   Then I completed a legs workout in the evening.  Planning and preparation are so important when you have a busy schedule.  This is why I always take 10 minutes each night to plan the following day.  I suggest you do the same.

how to get a six packToday started at 9am  (Lie in as no school).   As usual I had a glass of water and lemon followed by a litre of  water.   I only use Alkaline Ionised Water

 

 

 

How To Get A Six Pack : Training Log Day 23

Today’s exercise kicked off at 7.45am.  I completed a 15 minute home based HIIT boxing session.  I did the workout at home as I only had a little bit of time with the pre school routine.  The workout routine was 15 seconds jogging on spot followed by 45 seconds intense with uppercuts, jabs and hooks.  At 5.30pm I completed my lower body workout. The routine included exercises for the large muscles like quads and hamstrings.  I also included an exercise for calves.  I finished off the workout with some ab exercises.

How To Get A Six Pack Nutrition Day 23

When I finished my resistance session I took 4 x Sevenpoint2 how to get a six packRecovery capsules.  (Click Here to check out more details  )

 

My Nutrition Today was as follows :

8.30am – Meal 1 : 4 Wheetabix, Banana, Soya Milk

11.30am Meal 2 : 2 Apples and mandarin

2.15pm Meal 3 : leftover spaghetti with sauce

5pm Meal 4 : Apple, Banana, Mandarin and soya yoghurt

7.30pm Meal 3 : Muesli with Rice/wheat flakes and soya milk and 1/2 homemade pizza with mushrooms, onions, spinach, cucumber, tomato, olives and herbs

Total Water Intake : 4.5 litres

Green Tea : 4 cups
